Day of Mindfulness and Death Café

Saturday 21th July, 2018, from 9.45 am - 4.15 pm.

Patcham Community Centre, Brighton.

The subject of this day is Impermanence, Death and Dying and we are delighted to again welcome Frances Tulley, who is a local funeral celebrant and will lead part of the day. We held a similar Day of Mindfulness a few months ago and it proved so popular that we decided to do it again. As before, please bring your sitting paraphernalia and something vegetarian to share for lunch, as well as a blanket for deep relaxation.

Although you're welcome to attend for just the morning or afternoon sessions, it is strongly recommended that you come for the whole day.
