The meetings include: introductions, sitting, walking & guided meditations, deep listening and sharing from the heart.

A donation of up to £4 is appreciated towards the cost of renting the room.

Please bring your own meditation cushion or stool (chairs are available).
Afterwards there is the option of eating lunch together, so if you wish to join us please bring along some vegetarian food.
