Days of Mindfulness

Days of Mindfulness are planned for the following dates:

Please phone the number below or email us for further information on times, etc. On Days of Mindfulness we usually start at 10am and finish around 4pm. The venue is at our usual meeting place, the Patcham Community Centre.
